We make certain every control panel meets every specification

Motor Controls’ reputation for quality control solutions is built into every control panel designed and manufactured in our plant. So, we invest great attention to every detail of our panels and enclosures, beginning with engineering and continuing through development, production, and finally, thorough testing.

Before it is shipped to a customer, each panel undergoes a factory acceptance test to assure it will operate reliably according to specifications for its intended application. We wire each system with artisan skill and then meticulously check our work. In partnership with our customers, we may determine additional testing is necessary.

As a standard, our testing includes:
  • 100 percent electrical check
  • Operational check per electrical drawings
  • Sequence of operation
  • PLC programming download and operations checkout
  • Complete equipment/specifications verification
  • Certifying to UL 508A
