We provide all customers 24/7 access to project status information through file transfer protocol (FTP). This includes real-time ship date information, review and update of bills of material and an instant assessment of a where a project stands at any given moment.

In addition, our quality managers keep our focus on customer expectations and standards.  These managers partner with customers from beginning to completion of each project, staying in communication to make certain products leave our facility with the exact specifications required.

The size of our facility also allows us to provide customers the option to warehouse their materials with us—separate from our general inventory—for projects in progress.
