Motor Controls, Inc. offers customers an advantage that most UL control panel designers and manufacturers don’t. With the same attention to quality we put into engineering and producing control solutions, we design and fabricate custom enclosures that reliably and functionally house and protect our control panels.

In addition, we offer customers a wide selection of standard enclosures and offer the practical, cost-effective option of modifying standard enclosures to accommodate the unique features of specific control solutions.

For applications subjected to outdoor environments, we design and manufacture custom 304 stainless steel enclosures. These enclosures provide a UL type 3R protection level.

Standard Enclosures – A standard platform for base design, available in UL type 12, 4 and 4X for junction boxes, wall mount, floor mount and freestanding enclosures.

Modified Standard – Modifications of our standard enclosures offer an economical solution for:
• Special enclosure dimensions
• Special paint color or finish
• Cutouts and holes in body, door or mounting panel
• Special mounting panels
• Installation of lighting kits, doorstops and other accessories
• Cutouts and installation for climate control products
• Window kits
