MCI solutions are at work in numerous industries and countless applications
Motor Controls’ control panel solutions, designed and produced for leading OEMs, are on the job every day in an impressive variety of industries, automating processes and controlling equipment reliably and efficiently.
Whatever the application, whatever the industry, our engineering team finds the solution.
MCI designs, programs and produces process and automation controls for manufacturing applications, for everything from servo motors to industrial equipment and material handling conveyors used in the exacting processes of packaging and bottling.
We’re also involved in refrigeration controls in the food industry, controls for paper production, and technology for the recycling industry, such as control panels for car and tire shredders.
Our control panels run processes that people seldom think about—but depend on. For instance, we design and manufacture controls for pumping applications in industrial and municipal wastewater treatment. Also in wastewater facilities, MCI controls synchronize dewatering equipment—such as sludge belt conveyors, belt filter presses, gravity belt thickeners and centrifuges—to process sludge and make it suitable for agricultural and other uses.
For numerous water pumping applications, MCI designs and manufactures simplex, duplex and triplex pump control systems. Among these are submersible pumps, sump pumps, horizontal pumps, vertical turbine pumps, plunger pumps, and saltwater disposal pumps.
In domestic and foreign markets, MCI specializes in oil field pump panels, process controls and driving controls and has achieved a unique position in the oil industry with the proprietary MCI Ultra High Slip Motor and Control Package. The Ultra High Slip is a complete solution for oil well pumping that integrates with 24-hour time clocks, percentage timers, and pump-off control equipment.
MCI—with its broad base of engineering expertise—also is set to help answer the increasing call for alternative energy technology, such as power distribution controls for wind and solar.
You’ll also see MCI controls at work on the road—in toll booths and toll lights as well as power distribution systems for tollways.
Supporting the home construction industry, MCI creates and manufactures controls used to produce building materials, such as side boards, cement board, tile and roofing.
Our success is built on exceptional service in all these markets—and many more.
